Tenant Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: April 5, 2026 | Last Updated: April 5, 2026
1. Agreement Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the ERP Cloud platform, modules, and related services by tenant organizations and their authorized users.
2. Tenant Account Responsibilities
The tenant is responsible for managing user access, role permissions, credentials, and all activities performed through tenant accounts. Unauthorized sharing of credentials is prohibited.
3. Subscription and Entitlements
Access to features is limited to subscribed modules and plan entitlements. We may limit, suspend, or disable access to modules that are no longer included in the tenant subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
Tenants must not use the platform for unlawful activity, security abuse, reverse engineering, or data misuse. Any attempt to bypass security controls, tenant isolation, or usage restrictions is strictly prohibited.
5. Data Ownership and Processing
Tenant data remains owned by the tenant. The platform processes tenant data only to provide contracted services, maintain platform security, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Security and Compliance
We implement safeguards for availability, confidentiality, and tenant isolation. Tenants must promptly report suspected breaches, unauthorized access, or security incidents affecting their accounts.
7. Billing and Payment
Charges, billing cycles, taxes, credits, and payment obligations are defined in the applicable commercial agreement, order form, or subscription plan. Late payments may lead to service suspension.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may update features, interfaces, or integrations to improve performance, security, and compliance. Material service changes will be communicated through tenant channels where reasonably practicable.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal requirement, or security risk. Upon termination, tenant access ends and data retention/export is handled per contract and policy.
10. Liability and Disclaimer
Except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing, services are provided on an as-available basis. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and any specific contractual terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and jurisdiction specified in the applicable tenant commercial agreement, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Contact and Notices
Legal, compliance, and support notices should be submitted through official tenant support channels or designated contract contacts.
